How many of you feel as though your life is too busy to be able to have enough time to exercise?

Life is hectic, I get it!  I’m a wife and mother of two teenagers what also has a job in corporate America.  I used to feel that very same way!  I began pushing myself to “find the time”, because my health and fitness was not only necessary for me, but also for my family.  I had my children when I was in my thirties, and I wanted to focus on my health to ensure that I would be able to remain active in their lives.

I found that since my health was so important to me, that thirty minutes a day was totally doable.

Getting older doesn’t need to be your excuse not to focus on your health and fitness.  Age should provide you with the fuel to push harder for yourself and your loved ones.  I encourage you to re-evaluate where you are in your life and to realize that you do have the potential to do great things!
